For eligible employees, NVEG offers a 50 cent on the dollar match, up to the first 6 percent of pay you contribute to the plan. Employees are eligible for this match after six months. (Employees are always fully vested in their own contributions.)

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

To help you address problems that threaten to upset the stability of your life at home or at work, the NVEG Employee Assistance Program provides confidential assistance for employees and their dependents who are experiencing any of life's personal challenges, such as marital or family problems, substance abuse, financial difficulties, legal problems, or mental health issues. EAP is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

NVEG offers its employees a wide variety of technical, managerial, and customer service courses through our learning media partnerships.
